Share This Great Galloway Patriot Story & Photos

On Saturday, Dec.10th for the 8th year in a row Santa took time out of his busy schedule to stop by the Pomona Firehouse to visit with the kids and sit for some photos. Everybody was having a blast. There was plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy such as Santa’s workshop, which was handled by Eric Smith, son of a Pomona Firefighter. there was also a coloring contest run by Grace Winkler, daughter of Fire Chief Eric Winkler. The kids had their faces painted by Laura Berheiko, sister of the Pomona Asst. Fire Chief. Plenty of food was on hand to munch on and was prepped by Debbie Smith & Barbara Behe. Finally, there were Raffle tickets being sold by Katy Dooner & Jen Mettille. The whole event was sponsored by the Pomona Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxilliary. A Special THANK YOU goes to Mrs. Joyce Winkler, the event Coordinator, who without her tireless efforts this would not be possible. Wishing you ALL a Merry Christmas & Thank You for making this a wonderful time!!!
